Refunds Policy

At Waqaar Fashion Designing Co., customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that every product meets our quality standards before delivery. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Customized, altered, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or tailored uniforms

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing

  • Products purchased during clearance or special discount sales

  • Innerwear or items marked as non-returnable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear images or videos of the product along with your order details. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team via phone or WhatsApp

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and product images

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm return approval

  4. Once approved, the product must be returned to our specified address

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection

  • Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit, based on your preference.
